
Last night was my first night getting back into yoga.
I have been so stressed the last 9 months with planning a wedding, yoga seemed like my answer to relieve all the pressure i've been feeling in my neck. Although all the pressure is not gone. I feel so much better!!
We practiced Yin... hold your pose for 3-10 minutes.
{sounds easy right?! I actually found it to be quite challenging}
Im so glad I have sister-in-laws that love to exercise.. it helps me get motivated!
on the same note.
I can't wait for Saturday mornings!
